1968 we moved from Roswell to Las Cruces to go to work for Nabisco as a sales rep. 1978 we moved to the Dallas area with Nabisco and held several manager positions, transferred to Tulsa, Ok. in 1985 and held several management positions in Sales Management and Corporate sales. 1997 moved back to the Dallas area as District manager-later back to corporate sales and then transferred to Oklahoma City as DM in 2002--retired Feb. 1st 2010. We have 7 grandchildren and they all live in Oklahoma. Currently I am the manager of Icon Electric LLC. owned by my son Craig—no salary but he has voted me “Employee of the Month” for the past 6 months in a row!!!! I love to fish and competed for 15 years on several circuits throughout Texas, Oklahoma, and Missouri—try to fish at least 4 days per week. Play a little golf and enjoy watching my grandsons (3) compete in football, baseball, and wrestling. My second grandson won State Championship 2009—I was very proud. Susan and I plan to build our dream home on the lake in the next year and continue to spoil our grandchildren.

Wow--where would I start--tried not to go to school much but I have so many memories of the best town to grow up in during the 50's and 60's. It saddens me to see what has happened to the "all American" town--downtown Roswell was the place to be--I'm talking the main drag between Greer's and Willey's--not much to do on 2nd street. Drag racing at Walker AFB, Hobbs, and Carlsbad--bottomless lakes for beer parties, Ruidoso to get out of the heat and try to win a $2.00 bet on the horses. And oh yes, the Toots and Fly-boys--there were 10 guys for every girl in town so there was a lot of tension in the air--WHAT A PLACE TO GROW UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
