The Supreme Court unanimously

The Supreme Court unanimously ruled that the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) illegally reduced prescription drug reimbursements to hospitals by $1.6 billion per year in a program aimed at helping poor patients.

The decision, a win for hospitals serving low-income individuals, allows those hospitals to seek the improperly withheld funding from the federal government…

As Kavanaugh summarized in the opinion, federal Medicare law states that HHS is required to reimburse hospitals for some outpatient prescription drugs that the hospitals give to Medicare patients. These reimbursements total tens of billions of dollars every year.

The Supreme Court, in a unanimous decision, ruled that Biden’s HHS illegally reduced reimbursements to hospitals—to the tune of $1.6 billion.

Federal law requires Medicare to cover some of the costs hospitals incur when providing prescription drugs.

The Trump administration set limits on these reimbursements. But it is the responsibility of the current administration to decide how much it will spend.

Biden’s administration apparently low-balled these hospitals, many of which help poor people and communities.

The court decided that Biden was cheating hospitals out of nearly $2 billion.

That might sound bizarre to you, considering just how much of your money Biden wants to spend.

But keep in mind, that Biden wants to spend that money on social programs for minorities and non-Americans.

To do that, his party routinely cuts benefits from Social Security and Medicare. So, Biden is trying to reward border jumpers by robbing elderly Americans who worked hard all their lives.

That sounds about right, doesn’t it?

These reimbursements went to help low-income individuals to boot. Meaning, that Biden was making it harder for poor folks to get the treatment they need.

But… I thought he was helping the underprivileged! Is anything Biden says true?
